We have been on tours to foreign countries before, but our September 2009 trip with Bridget Gallagher’s Irish Tours exceeded all of our expectations. From their warm greeting at the Detroit airport through their first-rate handling of an unexpected delay at the Shannon terminal, Maureen and Don Call provided incomparable care and support throughout the entire journey. They, along with Driver Extraordinaire Brian, introduced us to the history, culture, and music of the Irish people with lots of warmth and personal attention. They made sure all of our needs were met and provided wonderful experiences filled with laughter. They brought together this group of separate personalities into a caring, cohesive collection of friends. We had such a good time that it was hard to say good-bye to these former strangers who we now knew so well. We strongly recommend a Bridget Gallagher tour to anyone who would like to experience the beauty of Ireland and its people in a relaxed, carefree manner.

Just wanted to send our thanks and let you know how we felt about the Bridget Gallagher Ireland Tour we took last September.
My wife Tricia, being Irish, has wanted to tour Ireland since we've been married. We decided that a planned tour would be the only way to guarantee that we would see as much of Ireland as possible during our visit. Since she had to wait (44) years to realize her dream, it was very important that the tour we chose was as perfect as possible. Your tour has more than fulfilled her dreams and expectations - needless to say, mine too. Having a smaller group of people on this tour made it a more intimate and special experience for all who were part of this fun group. Thanks to you two and Brian the "resident" bus driver/guide, we truly "saw" Ireland - its beauty, its history and its wonderful people. We saw it all. Your tour cannot be compared to the others we've been on. It was the personal touch that made it so different and made it so special for e veryone. With the group of wonderful people we were with and all the special touches you two and Brian added, this was like a vacation with close friends, to a wonderful, friendly country called Ireland.

"Words could not describe our truly unforgettable adventure in Ireland. Although the trip was only ten days short, each day brought great experiences and tastes of the Irish culture. The land was lush and perfect, a great change from the dreary terrain we are used to seeing. The trip was planned wonderfully and ran very smoothly. Our favorite outings were the picturesque Achill Island and the Ring of Kerry. Everyday brought something new to try and somewhere different to explore. Behind every stage, there is a crew. Don and Maureen Call were the best tour guides we could ask for in a million years. Not only did they put together a fantastic trip, they are the most kind-hearted and warm people we have ever met. "Our recent trip to Ireland with Bridget Gallagher’s Tours was a dream come true for both the mother and daughter combo. This extraordinary experience included typical tourist sites but included so much more. From the wonderful B and Bs to the great restaurants to the places we traveled by bus, we never felt like we were on a typical tour. We saw drop dead gorgeous scenery, learned the colorful history of Ireland and experienced the Irish people and the culture first hand starting with our hilariously knowledgeable bus driver, Brian. Because the tour is smaller in numbers, travelers really establish a bond with each other. Where else could we safely laugh and cry together.
